In 2016, the UK Government introduced the Innovative Financial ISA (IFISA), allowing investors to earn tax-free returns on peer-to-peer lending investment opportunities. Working with Meta Property, Simple Crowdfunding offer individuals the ability to invest through an IFISA. You can transfer your existing ISA and / or start a new one with Simple Crowdfunding.

Peer-to-peer lending is a simple concept, a loan is provided to a fundraiser (such as a Property Developer) on a fixed-term, fixed-rate basis to a lender (Investor). Interest is paid to the lender either at regular intervals or at the end, with the initial loan being repaid at the end of the term.
